Customer Service Coordinator    

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Customer Service

  • Listen, understand and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process RMA requests
  • Work with your management team to determine best processes and practices within your specific accountabilities 
  • Manage all International Distributor/Reseller inquiries to complete resolution, negotiating and resolving with channel and internal departments as required
  • Enter orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain customer account information
  • Other duties as required

Product Knowledge
  • Coordinate ongoing internal product research (coordinating product trials, customer surveys etc.)
  • Monitor clinical study status
  • Develop product training materials; updating regularly

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service; preferably in a health care or aesthetic services/devices environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the customer service role (i.e. customer service orientation, initiative, listening understanding and responding, achievement orientation, adaptability, and problem-solving/judgment).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) and professional telephone manner are required.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment with constant contact and direction from different departments such as Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook 
  • Previous CRM system knowledge
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Must be flexible in hours available to work rotating shifts to meet business needs (May include evening hours and occasional Saturdays)
Marketing Communications Coordinator

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Project Management
  • Define, develop and manage launch schedules and deliverables, including packaging, photography, collateral, messaging, POP, channel communications, programs and promotions
  • Facilitate and lead communication between internal stakeholders and external creative resources in project execution
  • Assist in the creation of the company's marketing materials such as corporate kits, brochures, posters, CDs, packaging, and advertising.
  • Track expenditures and ensure budget control, as well as creating purchase orders and acquiring proper approvals
  • Drive and manage the approval process, including cross-functional approvals, such as quality, engineering and legal when required

Brand Platform and Product Packaging
  • Identify necessary resources and coordinate the work of designers, copywriters, production team members, content providers and printers to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, conforming to current design specifications and standards, and communicate the proper tone, style, and look & feel.
  • Provide feedback and input into the development of marketing communication materials and product packaging
  • Work with outside vendors to regularly maintain and update the company's web site.
  • Communicate with external suppliers regarding marketing material and conference organization.
  • Analyze Marketing managers' requests and needs in terms of marketing communications

Trade Shows
  • Organize seminars, trade shows, conferences and other company events to promote our product.

Channel Support
  • Provide support to the Marketing group, Customer Service and authorized dealers with respect to marketing communications;
  • Assist with the planning and creation of channel deliverables

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, or administration or equivalent experience
  • Must demonstrate superior communication skills, organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative 
  • Self-starter and team player 
  • Graphic design, web design and print production are considered an asset
  • Some travel may be required
